DESCRIPTION:The Michigan Southwest Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction\nChurch of God In Christ\, Inc. \n37th Annual Holy Convocation\n“The Encounter: Back To God”\nJeremiah 4:1-2 and Joel 1:14 \nBishop Samuel Duncan\, Jr.\nJurisdictional Prelate \nMother Alethea Nichols-Taylor\nJurisdictional Supervisor Women’s Department \nClick here to watch video promo \nThis week all roads lead to SW3 Holy Convocation\nThursday\, August 11 through Saturday August 13 \nThe regional service on Thursday\, August 11 at 7pm\, in 4 different locations\, will kick off the Holy Convocation. \nThe services and events on Friday and Saturday will take place in Lansing\, MI beginning with Women’s Day on Friday at 11am at Robinson Memorial COGIC. \nThe service on Friday\, August 11\, at 7pm will include a symbolic journey through a replica of Old Testament Jerusalem including a time of repentance in the Outer Courts\, fervent prayer at the Wailing Wall\, and pure worship in the Holy of Holies. \nThen on Saturday\, August 12 at 9am\, join the sacred assembly again for a solemn time of prayer\, feet washing\, and prophetic impartation. Immediately after the service\, enjoy a time of missions serving the local Lansing community\, food and fellowship. Services will begin outdoors and move inside. Attendees may bring lawn chairs. \nMasks are required for all inside activities\, and shoes must be removed to enter the Holy of Holies. All personal items must be stowed in your vehicle. No purses or bags will be allowed. Ladies are encouraged to bring a small fanny pack or a cross-body handbag for personal items or valuables.
