Greater
Seth Temple Sanctuary of Praise Church of God in Christ is the “Mother
Church” of the churches of God in Christ in the State of Michigan. We
are honored  to
be the first church of our denomination in the state. Our humble
ministry began in the city of Detroit on St. Antoine Street in 1914. We
later relocated to 623 Livingston Street, and in 1962, the Church was
relocated to 9841 Dundee and renamed Seth Temple Church of God in Christ
under the anointed leadership of Bishop John Seth Bailey. After the
demise of Bishop Bailey, Pastor Phillip R. Jackson was appointed pastor
of Seth Temple in 1987.  For
over 27 years, our membership and others around the world have been
encouraged, uplifted and blessed by Pastor Jackson’s miraculous
testimony and anointed preaching of the gospel.  We welcome and encourage you to join us each week to experience the power and love of God in our services at our new location,
