Eligibility requirements:
Resident of Wayne, Oakland or Macomb counties
Individuals with 2 misdemeanors and/or 1 felony
5 years after competion of sentence
State of Michigan Convictions only
Items that connot be expunged:
DUIs and traffic offenses
Capital offense
Convictions for sexual criminal misconduct (1st thru 3rd degree)
