The event will be free to the public. Tickets are required for admission and will be available online through Ticketmaster.com beginning Monday, August 27, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. ET. In honor of the Queen, Ticketmaster will waive all fees. Guests are allowed a maximum of two (2) tickets via Ticketmaster digital-mobile tickets. Visit the Chene Park website (www.cheneparkdetroit.com) for more details. Capacity at the riverside amphitheater is about 6,000.
Note: Tickets will be supplied in “digital mobile” form, meaning attendees will be emailed codes that then will be scanned from their cell phones at the Chene Park gates.

Aretha Franklin will be buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, 19975 Woodward Ave., Detroit, MI 48202, alongside her father, the Rev. C.L. Franklin; her brother, Cecil Franklin; her sisters, Carolyn Franklin and Erma Franklin, and nephew Thomas Garrett.
