While Shari Addison may have come in 2nd-place in BET’s Sunday Best competition, her new CD is first rate. The first track, “Whateva,” grabs a hold of you from jump, and Shari takes you on a sure ‘nuf gospel good time throughout the rest of the project. The CD includes some of gospel’s most prominent Grammy and Stellar Award winning producers; Donald Lawrence, Percy Bady, Daniel Witherspoon, and the world reknown Kevin Bond, who wrote “No Battle, No Blessing,” the first single from the project.
