We asked Sean Hardin a few questions about the work that went into
creating *BETTER* {Grown Folks Muziq} Album II
Do you have any advice for
aspiring artists about the creative process and/or surmounting any hurdles
artists may encounter?
- To every artist: do it for the people, not for $, No! If you do the will
of God, alllll of your hearts’ desires will pour out on you 🙂 - Let God give you songs that will heal the broken and wounded heart, YES!
Not you coming up with a song (Naw, that won’t work), pray and ask God for a
song, so that your song will HEAL! - It’s not easy doing the work of a minstrel, but with the help of God you
can make it through. Pay your tithes, Bible class, Sunday school, work hard with
your pastor, community work…if you follow these steps, WOW! YOU WILL BE NEXT!
