The Game Show Network is now running new episodes of two game shows for the faith-based audience. “The American Bible Challenge” is hosted by Jeff Foxworthy and musical host, Kirk Franklin. “It Takes a Church” is hosted by Natalie Grant. Both shows are Thursday nights at 8PM and 9PM on GSN.

“It Takes A Church” has been described by one Twitter follower as a “Christian version of ‘The Bachelor’ squeezed into a 60 minute segment.”

The third season of the Game Show Network’s highest-rated series, “The American Bible Challenge,” pits teams of former beauty queens, motorcycle-riding priests, university students, and other 3-person teams against each other for the chance to win $120,000 in prize money.

Some of the fun new categories on the show include “Christ or Klingon” in which contestants have to guess whether words are from the Bible or Star Trek’s Klingon language; “Curse You Autocorrect,” in which contestants must decipher a typed Bible passage that has been “autocorrected,” and “Nazareth Enquirer” with sensational Biblical headlines that could have appeared in a tabloid.
